Roofing Marketing Agency for roofing companies

Storm work, retail replacement and the months in between. We run the ads, the search work and the films for roofing companies in Kentucky, and every lead is tracked back to the channel that produced it, calls included.

Why roofing is different

The problem is never getting more leads

It is which leads, in which month, and whether anybody can tell you where they came from. Every roofer we have sat with has bought leads that were sold to three other companies, and paid for a busy August with a silent November.

01

You are the fourth call she takes

A shared lead is sold to you and to three companies down the road, so the homeowner is already tired of the conversation before you dial. The alternative is demand that arrives with your name on it, which is a different thing bought a different way.

02

August pays for November

Storm work arrives whether or not anybody markets it. The quiet months are the ones that decide the year, and retail replacement has to be created rather than waited for, because nobody wakes up searching for a roof they do not yet know they need.

03

A door costs more than a click

Knocking works, and it is the most expensive hour your crew can spend once you count the truck, the fuel and the day. It should be aimed at streets that are already warm rather than used to find them.

04

Insurance and retail are two businesses

One customer has damage and a claim number, the other has a twenty year old roof and a decision to put off. They search differently, they decide differently, and one page written for both of them converts neither.

05

A rep with no appointments

A salaried rep sitting in a truck is the most expensive line on the schedule. The job is not leads, it is a calendar with somebody in it at two o'clock, which is a different thing to optimise for.

A lead you paid for, and so did three competitors. The busy month is not the one that needs the work. The most expensive hour on the schedule. Two customers, two conversations. The calendar is the product, not the lead count.
A lead you paid for, and so did three competitors.

None of this is fixed by spending more. It is fixed by buying the right attention in the right month and counting what it produced, which is the rest of this page.

What we run

Six things, and each one answers one of those

Nothing here is bought because it is on a list. Each one exists to fix a specific problem from the section above, and the example beside it is the real thing rather than a description of it.

Google verifies the licence and the insurance before the ad is allowed to run, and the badge sits on it. On an insurance job that is the first thing the homeowner is weighing, and you are charged when somebody contacts you rather than when they look.

Answers: you are the fourth call she takes. This lead is yours, not resold.

For the roof nobody has decided on

Retail replacement is a decision people put off for years, so there is nothing to search for and nothing to capture. The feed is the only place that reaches a homeowner before the thought exists, which is what fills a quiet month.

The months nothing blows off

A ranking is not rented. A page built for a town keeps returning the same searches next year without a budget behind it, which is the only part of this that compounds rather than stopping the day the spend does.

What a door knock cannot carry

A homeowner deciding between three companies is deciding who to let on the roof and who to hand a cheque to. Footage of the crew working does that in ten seconds, and it is what the feed ads run on rather than a stock photograph.

Answers: trust, before anybody has met you.

The landing page

Where all of it lands

Every channel above sends somebody to one screen, and that screen decides whether it turns into a call. Insurance and retail get different pages, the number stays visible for the ones who would rather ring, and the form is short enough to finish standing in a driveway.

Answers: insurance and retail are two businesses.

No results are claimed on this section. Every figure on this page sits in the proof below, with the window it came from attached to it.

The proof

295 leads for a roofer, 215 different people

This is a roofing account, not a generic one, and every figure below carries the window it came from. Where a number can be read two ways, both readings are on the page rather than only the better one.

Why the cost figure names two months

Advertising spend is loaded for 3 May to 28 June. The leads run from March to September. Dividing the whole spend by the whole lead count would give around twenty three dollars a lead, which is not true and is not a figure anybody here would defend. Inside the window the blended cost is $76, and counting only the leads that came from a paid click it is closer to $101. Both are the same seven weeks. What July onward cost is not something this page can answer until that spend is loaded.

And in other trades, counted the same way

May to September 2026. $49.62 a lead across the seven weeks with spend against them.

Half of them arrived as a message rather than a call. September was still running.

Every roofing figure is from WhatConverts, March to September 2026, and September is partial. A lead is a tracked call or a form submission. By month from May the count runs 33, 65, 65, 78 and 25, with the remainder falling in March and April. No channel share is published because the tracker attributes 283 of the 295 and we will not round the rest away, and no growth is claimed from months whose advertising spend is not loaded. Nothing here claims revenue, jobs signed or return on spend.

Tracking

Every lead, with its source attached

Somebody has probably told you they got you two hundred leads while your phone stayed quiet. On the roofing account above, two in five arrived by phone, so a tracker that only counted forms would have shown that owner little more than half of his own year.

01

Calls count as leads

A trade that lives on the phone cannot be measured in form fills. Every call is tracked, recorded and counted the same way a form is.

02

The same person counts once

Somebody ringing back is not a new lead. That is why our counts often come in smaller than the ones you have been shown, and why they survive being checked.

03

Every lead names its source

You see which channel earned each one rather than taking our word for the split, which is also how we decide where the next dollar goes.

04

The dashboard is yours

You can open it without us, at any hour, and it does not disappear if we ever stop working together.

A lead is a tracked call or a form submission. Customer names and phone numbers are removed from anything shown publicly, and the figures on this page belong to the accounts named beside them.

What it costs

Prices, before you have to ask for them

Every plan is tracked the same way, so whichever one you take you can see what it produced. Nothing here is a setup fee in disguise and nothing is quoted differently depending on how the call goes.

Twenty minutes, and you will know what your market costs before you decide anything.

One roofer per market

We do not run two roofing companies against each other in the same towns. Whoever signs first holds that market for as long as they stay, which is also why we would rather turn down a good company than split an account's own searches between two of our clients.

If your market is already taken we will say so on the first call rather than after it.

Questions

The questions roofers actually ask

Answered here rather than in the first ten minutes of a call, so the call can be about your market instead.

It depends on the channel and the month, and anybody who gives you one number for roofing has not run roofing. On the account we publish on this page the cost was around seventy six dollars a lead across the seven weeks with spend loaded against it, counting every lead in that window including the ones that arrived without a paid click. Counting only the paid ones it was closer to a hundred and one.

Both, and they are run differently. Insurance work is largely search, because the homeowner already has damage and is looking. Retail replacement is mostly the feed, because nobody searches for a roof they have not decided to replace. The two get separate ads and separate landing pages, since one page written for both converts neither.

Paid channels can produce a call in the first week, because they are bought rather than earned. Search work is slower and takes months, which is why we do not sell it on its own to a company that needs the phone to ring now. The honest answer is that the first month is about getting tracking right so that everything after it can be measured.

No. One roofing company per market, and whoever signs first holds it for as long as they stay. We would rather turn down a good company than split the same searches between two of our own clients. If your market is already taken we will tell you on the first call rather than after it.

Yes. The ad accounts are opened in your name and the lead tracking dashboard is yours to log into whenever you want. If we ever stop working together, the history stays with you rather than leaving with us, which is not true of every agency and is worth asking whoever else you are talking to.

Ninety days to start, because nothing measurable happens in three weeks and a shorter term would have us optimising for the wrong thing. After that it runs month to month. There is no setup fee hiding behind the monthly figure.

Yes, on your jobs, with our own crew. Nothing on your account is licensed from a stock library. A homeowner choosing between three companies is deciding who to let on the roof, and footage of your own crew working does that in ten seconds in a way a photograph of somebody else's cannot.

Most of our roofing work is in Kentucky and the states around it, which is also where we can get a crew to a job to film it. The advertising side works anywhere, so if you are further out the question is only whether the video part is worth it to you.
