Tree work, fencing, auto, something else entirely? We probably already work with somebody like you
Every figure on this site comes from a real account, with the window it came from printed next to it.
Five trades

The work is the same. The argument is not.

Ads, search, film and lead tracking in every one of them. What changes is which month the money goes in, which job is worth having and what counts as a result. A page written for all five would be right about none of them.

We also work with
Tree work, fencing, auto repair and detailing, Christmas lights

These do not have a page of their own yet, which says nothing about the work. If your trade is on that list, or on none of them, tell us what you do . Junk removal has a page of its own: junk removal marketing.

How it runs

Five steps, and the first one decides the other four

This part does not change with the trade. It is the same five steps for a roofer and for a yard full of dumpsters, in the same order, and the order is most of the reason it works.

Tracking goes in before a dollar does

Call tracking, form tracking and the source attached to every one of them, installed and tested before any advertising is bought. An agency that skips this can describe a good month to you. It cannot prove one, and neither could we.

02

Buy the demand that already exists

Somebody typing no heat at six in the morning, or dumpster rental near me on a Saturday, has already decided they need it. Search and Local Services Ads are the only channels where the intent is there before you arrive, and the only ones you can turn up on a date you choose.

03

Create the demand that does not

Nobody searches for a maintenance plan, an aeration, a garage cleanout or a roof they have not decided to replace. Those jobs exist and nobody is looking for them, so they have to be put in front of people who were not looking, which is a different channel and a different kind of film.

04

Film the people doing the work

Every trade on this page ends with a stranger on somebody's property, in their house or in their yard. Ten seconds of your own crew working answers that in a way a list of services and a row of certifications cannot, and we shoot it ourselves on your jobs.

Count it in the unit you are judged on

A lead count is the right measure in some of these trades and close to meaningless in others. Which number goes at the top of your report is agreed with you before the first month runs, rather than decided later by whichever figure happened to look best.

Steps one and five are the two most agencies leave out, which is also why they are the two we will not start an account without.

The evidence

What we can prove, and what we will not print yet

Three accounts where two systems agree on the number, with the exact window printed under each one. Then the trades where we do not have a figure like that yet, and why, because an agency that only shows you the good months is telling you something about the other ones.

Roofing
295 Leads

215 of them were different people, and 76 dollars a lead across the weeks with advertising spend loaded against them.

March to September 2026

Dumpster rental
268 Leads

265 of them were different people, and two separate tracking systems agree to the row on this account.

June to September 2026

Auto repair
699 Leads

550 of them were different people, and two thirds arrived as a form rather than as a phone call.

May to September 2026

The three we are not putting a number on

We publish a figure when two systems agree on it and the window it came from can be printed next to it. Three of the trades on this page do not have one of those yet. Rather than estimate, here is exactly where each one stands.

Heating and air

No account has produced a lead count that survives being checked against a second source. The work on that page is real and the site we built is ours to show, but the number is not there yet and we are not going to invent one.

Lawn care

We audited the reporting that came with the one account we have figures for and could not verify it, so nothing from it appears on this site as a result. Checking whether the numbers already there are true is the first thing we do, and this is why.

Construction

A lead count is the wrong unit in a trade where one signed project outweighs a year of small jobs, so when something goes here it will be signed projects and where they came from. That takes a year to say honestly and it is worth the wait.

A lead is a tracked call or a form submission. Every figure covers only the window printed beneath it, each one names its own trade, and nothing on this page claims revenue, jobs booked or return on advertising spend. Three trades over three different windows cannot be compared with each other, which is why the windows are there.

Exclusivity

One company per market, and the first one holds it

We do not run two companies against each other for the same work, which means turning down good companies in markets that are already taken. What counts as a market is not the same in every trade.

Whatever the line is in your trade, it goes into the agreement before you sign rather than getting argued about later. We do not publish which markets are already held, but we will tell you on the first call rather than after it.

Where the line is drawn

A roofing company competes across a whole metro and will drive two hours for the right job, so the line is drawn around the market itself.

Where we work

The cameras have a radius. The advertising does not.

Two different answers to the same question, and most agencies only give you one of them. Filming is the part that needs somebody standing on your job. Everything else happens wherever you are.

The film crew

4 hours

We shoot on your jobs with our own crew, out of Lexington, roughly four hours in any direction. Nothing on your account comes from a stock library, which is the reason the radius exists at all.

Kentucky Ohio Tennessee Indiana West Virginia
Everything else

Anywhere

The ads, the search work, the pages and the lead tracking do not care where you are. A company outside the radius takes all of it and simply shoots its own footage, or goes without.

If you are further out, we will say so on the first call rather than quote you a travel day you did not ask for.

Where our clients are
Lexington Louisville Cincinnati Knoxville Nashville

Those are the markets we work in today rather than a list of everywhere we would go. If your town is not on it, that is a question for the call and not a no.

Questions

The ones we get asked first

Everything here is a question about us rather than about a trade. The questions about your trade are answered on its own page, in its own words.

Still have one?

Twenty minutes on a call, and you will know what your market costs, whether it is already taken, and what the first ninety days would look like.

Book a call

No. Those five have a page because we have enough work in them to say something specific. Junk removal has a page of its own too. We also run tree work, fencing, auto repair and detailing and a few others, and the absence of a page says nothing about the work. If your trade is not listed, the call is the same call.

One call

Fifteen minutes on the phone.

Tell us what you sell and which towns you drive to. We will tell you what we would do first, and whether it is worth doing at all.
