Junk removal

Junk Removal Marketing Agency for local haulers

Garage cleanouts, estate jobs and the couch somebody wants gone by Saturday. We run the ads, the search work and the films for junk removal companies, and every call and every message is tracked back to what produced it.

Why junk removal is different

Nobody plans to need you

A garage full of junk gets put off for a year and then has to be gone this week. The job is being in front of somebody at the moment the putting off stops, and being easy to reach when it does.

01

The franchises own the name

People who do not know a local hauler type the name of a national brand. A local company has to sit above the map and look just as real, or the job goes to the truck with the bigger ad budget.

02

Half of them never call

On the Junkless KY account, exactly as many people sent a message as picked up the phone. An owner watching only the phone sees half the month and thinks the ads went quiet.

03

The price question comes first

Most people want a number before they let anybody into the garage. A page that makes them call for it loses the ones who would rather text a photo.

04

Every customer is a one time customer

Most homeowners need a hauler rarely, so the job has to turn into a review, a referral or a commercial account. Otherwise every customer is bought from scratch.

05

Small jobs fill the gaps, big jobs pay for the truck

A single mattress and a full estate cleanout are different searches. Treated as one, the budget goes to whichever is cheaper to win, which is rarely the one you want.

The franchise everybody already knows.

None of this is fixed by spending more. It is fixed by showing up at the right moment, answering every channel people use to reach you, and counting what each one produced, which is the rest of this page.

What we run

Six things, and each one answers one of those

Each piece of our junk removal marketing answers one of the problems above. Nothing here is bought because it is on every agency's list, and the example beside it is the real thing rather than a description of it.

Local Services Ads
01

Local Services Ads

Paid by the lead, not the click

The ad sits above the map with the Google Guaranteed badge, and browsing, price checking and wrong taps cost nothing. A small budget goes further here than anywhere curiosity is billable.

Answers: the franchises own the name. This lead is yours, not resold.
Google Ads
02

Google Ads

Single items, cleanouts and commercial

Mattress removal, estate cleanouts and construction debris get their own campaigns and budgets, so spend lands on the jobs you actually want rather than the cheapest ones to win.

Answers: small jobs fill the gaps, big jobs pay for the truck.

Meta ads

The garage nobody has dealt with yet

Search only reaches the person whose junk has become unbearable. The feed reaches the one who has squeezed past it for a year without thinking to pay somebody, which is most of the market.

Answers: nobody plans to need you.

The map pack in the towns you drive to

A page for each town returns junk removal searches next year without a budget behind it, which is how a local hauler competes with a franchise without outspending it.

Answers: the franchises own the name.

Video

A before and an after inside two hours

Junk removal is the easiest work in the trades to film honestly. Footage of your own crew emptying a real garage shows what the money buys better than any price list.

Answers: the price question comes first.

The website

Text, call or send a photo

The number stays on screen, the form takes a photo, and messages are counted as leads alongside calls. Somebody standing in a garage can reach you without picking up the phone.

Answers: half of them never call.

No results are claimed on this section. Every figure on this page sits in the proof below, with the window it came from attached to it.

The proof

Twenty leads in a month, at $15.09 each

This is a junk removal account, not a generic one, and every figure below carries the window it came from. Where a number can be read two ways, both readings are on the page rather than only the better one.

Why twenty leads is not twenty people

Local Services Ads bills per lead rather than per person, so a customer who calls and then messages is counted twice. That is why every figure above says leads and none of them says customers or jobs. The same screen also holds leads Google did not charge for, so the channel produced more than twenty.

And in other trades, counted the same way

Every junk removal figure is from Google's own Local Services Ads reporting for 1 to 30 September 2026, captured while the month was still running. A lead is a call or a message Google charged for. Nothing here claims revenue, jobs booked or return on spend.

Tracking

Every lead, with its source attached

Junk removal is half phone and half text. On the Junkless KY account, ten of the twenty charged leads in September were messages, so a tracker that only counted calls would have shown that owner half of his month.

01

Calls and messages count as leads

Half of a hauler's leads may never ring the phone. Every call, form and message is tracked, recorded and counted the same way.

02

The same person counts once

Somebody ringing back is not a new lead. That is why our counts often come in smaller than the ones you have been shown, and why they survive being checked.

03

Every lead names its source

You see which channel earned each one rather than taking our word for the split, which is also how we decide where the next dollar goes.

04

The dashboard is yours

You can open it without us, at any hour, and it does not disappear if we ever stop working together.

A lead is a tracked call or a form submission. Customer names and phone numbers are removed from anything shown publicly, and the figures on this page belong to the accounts named beside them.

Your market

We do not put two of our haulers in the same map pack

When we run more than one junk removal company in a region, each one gets its own towns and they never compete for the same local searches.

See if your towns are open

Twenty minutes, and you will know whether your towns are open before you decide anything.

Already running a hauler near you?

If we already run a junk removal company where you work, we tell you on the first call and name the towns it covers, rather than after you sign.

Questions

The questions junk haulers actually ask

Answered here rather than in the first ten minutes of a call, so the call can be about your market instead.

On the Junkless KY account it was $15.09 per charged Local Services Ads lead in September 2026. That figure is one channel, one market and one month. Your market will be different, and we would rather show you its numbers on a call than quote an average.

Yes, mostly in the places they cannot buy: the map pack, Local Services Ads and reviews, which all favour a company that is actually local. We put the budget there first rather than bidding against a national brand on its own name.

Yes. Calls, forms and messages are all counted, and the same person counts once in our tracking. On the account we publish, half the leads were messages.

Usually a starting price or a range, plus a way to send a photo for a quote. People want a number before they let anybody into the garage, and a page that hides it loses them to one that does not.

Local Services Ads and Google Ads can produce leads in the first week or two. SEO takes months. The first month is mostly about getting tracking right, so everything after it can be measured.

Sometimes in the same region, never in the same towns. Each client gets its own service area so two of ours never compete in one map pack, and we tell you up front who we already run nearby.

Yes. Everything is opened in your name and the dashboard is yours to log into. If we ever stop working together, the history stays with you.

Ninety days to start, then month to month. No setup fee hiding behind the monthly figure.

Still have one we did not answer?

Twenty minutes on a call, and you will know what your market costs, whether it is already taken, and what the first ninety days would actually look like.
